Achieved more than I thought I would. I did not think it was ‘my thing’ but I learned to just pause sometimes and take a breath. Helps to re-charge especially when under pressure and energy gets depleted.

Prem has a relaxed, genuine manner that opened the door for me to listen to what he was suggesting.  And, speaking of listening, he listens and so that gave the workshop the flow of a good exchange – again a plus for learning.  His info and exercises were clearly presented, relevant and individual.
